The Aura: A Window to Our Emotions and Health

Have you ever walked into a room and instantly felt a shift in the energy of the room? Perhaps you felt a sudden sense of peace or an unexplainable tension. This shift can be attributed to the aura; an invisible energy field that surrounds the body of every living being. While some may dismiss the concept as mystical or unscientific, the aura is a crucial aspect of our emotional and physical health, deeply influencing our well-being. In addition, although few studies are available, there is scientific evidence that the auric field is real.

Understanding the Aura

The aura is a multi-layered energy field that extends around our bodies, interacting continuously with our internal and external environments. It consists of several layers, each corresponding to different aspects of our being, including the physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, ancestral, karmic, and planetary planes. These layers are interconnected, therefore a disturbance in one can affect the others.

The Connection Between Aura and Emotions

Our emotions are powerful energy forms that significantly impact our aura. Positive emotions like love, joy, and gratitude enhance and expand our aura, creating a vibrantly protective energy field. Conversely, negative emotions such as fear, anger, and sadness can contract and weaken the aura, making us more susceptible to stress and illness.

When we experience negative emotions for long periods, these energies often become trapped in the body, but they can also get trapped within our aura. This leads to torn layers of the auric field conversely disrupting the natural flow of energy affecting the body’s environment to stay healthy and mentally aligned. These imbalances manifest themselves as physical symptoms or exacerbating existing health conditions. For example, chronic stress and unresolved anger can contribute to high blood sugar levels, which is particularly concerning for individuals managing diabetes or prediabetes.

Healing the Aura for Better Health

As you see, maintaining a healthy aura is essential for overall well-being. Here are a few ways to keep your aura vibrant and balanced:

My Truth Is My Freedom

Our Limitations

The truth will set you free …what do those words with biblical background mean? I am sure you have your ingrained concept of how the truth makes you free. However, in my conversations with clients, I find that the truth is not making them free as it is a trigger for fear. My approach when working with them is to identify the need to flow with fear and not explore beyond. As I connect with their energy, I can identify feelings of unworthiness, pride, helplessness, worthlessness, and hopelessness among others. These feelings have a direct impact on the stomach and glands, therefore physical imbalance(s) are often present. These conditions enslave them into a negative vortex of physical, emotional, and possible mental illnesses.  

Vibrating High

Life is also full of great moments and emotions. When an individual can recognize the vibration of the experience as a happy one, it then creates a memory that helps identify situations that create new positive experiences. When a person is in a positive vortex of emotional balance, its repercussions are beneficial to the physical body and mental state of the individual.  Being in tune with your body’s energetic frequency allows you to experience ´homeostasis’ of the present moment. Worries of the past, present or future are managed by purging the negative experiences lived, and by focusing on the harmonious present and trusting that your current actions will bring a joyful future.  

Facing Our Fears 

When the triggers appear this connection to your vibe is what lets you know that the information you are processing is causing harm to you.  That is when your heart beats faster, you begin to think of the worst possible scenarios in your life, and you want to prove yourself right and others wrong. When all this shows up then you know you are in a space of fear. Being aware of the signs of triggers at times may not be easy, as we are so used to living with drama. I occasionally find myself in that position, but by now, I can realize it quickly and turn my thoughts around which brings my whole SELF to a state of freedom which is a state of love.  

Living With Intention

When you seek to be free from your emotional past you seek the truth in you. The truth is you may not be in alignment with what your parents wanted for you or what your friends think or even what is dictated by society. More often than not, we need to engage in an intentional release of emotions and thought patterns to find our truth. The truth will make you free of judgment (of self or others), free from your past, and free of your limiting thoughts. To discover your truth is to discover yourself, the power from within that is meant to flow freely. You will lead with your heart as freedom is a byproduct of love.
