I’m Mari Méndez — founder of Healing Firefly and a trauma-informed practitioner specializing in nervous system healing and somatic work. I help women over 40 who experience chronic physical pain, specifically in their muscles and joints. They also deal with emotional stress and metabolic imbalance. I help them reconnect with their bodies and reclaim joy. My approach guides them through a process that combines nervous system regulation and emotional integration. It includes gentle energy work. The healing is done by the individual; I am a supporting guide through the process. This ensures your body feels safe releasing what it no longer needs. Healing is not about forcing release.
